The European Union Chamber Orchestra
This orchestra now operates (very sadly) without UK involvement now, although they do occasionally play here. This excerpt was shot as part of the Kings Lynn Festival’s online offering during the summer of 2021. Darragh Morgan is the current leader and Musical Director.
Instruments of Time and Truth
A shoot for Edward Higginbottom to help promote his new period instrument ensemble. A rare video presentation of this piece by Charpentier and also a successful collaboration with engineer/producer Adrian Hunter who handles the audio for this production
Ensemble La Notte
Ensemble La Notte is a flexible baroque ensemble coming out of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. They wanted some video content to help launch their website and to enhance their social media presence.

Armonico Consort
A short excerpt from Bach’s ‘Mass in B minor’. This was shot during rehearsals for the opening concert of their tour in their home town of Warwick. The video was put out ahead of the consort’s remaining concerts in other cities where they were less well-known and really boosted ticket sales for them.
Ana Ferreira plays Rachmaninov
A shoot for this talented young pianist, a postgraduate student at Cardiff University. Ana wanted this video for her main website as well as stills and a shorter edit for her social media channels.

A new quartet coming out of the Royal College of Music. Here the Salomés play an unusual contribution to the repertoire; the first movement from Stravinsky’s ‘Three Pieces for Strings’.
Commotio Choir
A socially-distanced shoot at SJE Oxford. Part of a suite of 4 carols produced for this high-performing choir who are more usually employed recording Bob Chilcott’s works for OUP.
Grimethorpe Colliery Band
A lockdown video with a difference. Composer Nigel Clarke approached us for this project, expecting the usual split screen offering. The Yorkshire heritage inherent in the combination of this famous band and the poetry of Emily Bronte (beautifully read by Shaun Dooley) struck us immediately, resulting in this evocative piece of Gesamtkunstwerk. A video shot in Henley-On-Thames for this new choir. The piece is a medley; ‘Hide and Seek’/’There is a Light’, arranged by their conductor, Sarah Latto

A shoot at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire for the launch of Ensemble Echos, a new early music ensemble, with special guest Soprano Holly Teague.

Another new ensemble launch. The Linarol Consort wanted a video for their new website and were delighted with the quality of both video and audio to showcase these unusual instruments.
